Shipping and delivery policy
Our orders are shipped through registered logistic provider and /or speed post only.
Our orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to the reach and norms of our logistics partners.
HazaarBazaar.co is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. If a tracking number is shared with us, HazaarBazaar.co would be happy to share these tracking numbers with our customers.
In most cases, the delivery will happen much before the above deadlines. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of order). We are not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Our logistics provider may contact you at the telephone number provided by you at the time of order to arrange delivery. If the item is not delivered because you were not available at the time of delivery, then redelivery charges may be applicable and payable by you.
Cash on Delivery:
HazaarBazaar.co offers free delivery for paid orders. For cash on delivery orders, an extra charge of 5% is applied on the bill value as cash on delivery charges.
HazaarBazaar.co usually offers free delivery for paid orders. However, in a rare case of a delivery charge, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Thus, if a customer orders a Security gizmo (like an alarm) and home gizmo (like a skull shaped glass) the customer will pay separate delivery charges for each product. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities.
